Terminal Communication

Districts can use the Terminal Communication report to verify from the Central Office view whether terminals are communicating so that they can make sure all meal counts are being captured.

The report includes the following information:

•    School

•    Terminal Number

•    Machine Name

•    Status

•    Last Communicated

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

•    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

•    Group by school (one or multiple).

•    Status (Active, Inactive, ALL).

•    Terminals (Show All, Not reported in the last 1 hour, 12 hours, 24 hours).
