The Transaction History report displays patron transaction and balance information. The student name, school, patron ID, classroom, eligibility status, PIN, grade, and balance appear at the top of the report. Cash and check transactions are displayed on a single line.
The report includes Date, Transaction Date (previously Serve Date), Transaction Time (previously Serve Time), School, Item, Terminal, Order Num, Type, Amount, and Balance. The Transaction Date and Transaction Time are helpful for identifying exactly which transaction a user is looking for.
Search for patrons by First Name, Last Name, ID, or PIN.
Report Criteria
You can specify the following criteria for running the report:
•Export to the screen or to a PDF file.
•Run the report for Schools or School Groups.
•Filter by School/School Group
