Unsuccessful/Failed Email Report

The Unsuccessful/Failed Email report lists each email that failed to send when letters were emailed to parents (they can be sent manually instead). The report includes the Date the email was sent, the Name, Email Address, and Letter Type.

This report includes a date and time stamp in the footer to show when the report was generated. The time reflects the Central Office time zone.

Report Criteria

You can specify the following criteria for running the report:

    Export to the screen or to a PDF file.

    Run the report for Schools or School Groups.

    Filter by School or School Group.

    Specify a date range.
